Chris Frostad

Bringing over 40 years of expertise to his position, Chris Frostad has been instrumental in the development and building of a variety of high growth, early stage, public and private companies and served as a Director and Executive for several public mining and technology companies.

He is the founding Director and CEO of Purepoint Uranium Group Inc., a publicly traded uranium exploration company and has held numerous senior positions in the resource and technology industries including CEO of Minera Alamos, a Mexican gold producer and as CEO in Residence of Brightspark Ventures a Toronto-based, technology focused Venture Capital firm. Mr. Frostad is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant who began his career in International Taxation with Deloitte.
